How to apply for ISN Medical Lab Scientist of the year 2020 Award

Entries for the ISN Medical Laboratory Scientist of the year award 2020 edition have now opened and would close on August 22, 2020.

The Award is aimed at recognising and rewarding the unsung heroes (Medical Laboratory Scientists) of medical practice in Nigeria. Read more>>

How to apply

1. Interested medical laboratory scientists should go to ISN’s website or click here and apply for free.
2. Applicants should complete the form and submit it for verification and evaluation by the jury.

Eligibility for Application

1. Applicants must have the requisite academic qualification.
2. Applicants must be registered with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), 
3. Applicants must be working in a registered Laboratory or Hospital.

Prizes

1. Winner of the Award

• A cash prize of One Million Naira (N1,000,000.00)
• Capacity Development Training
• A donation of Medical Lab Equipment/Reagents worth One Million Naira to the Laboratory or Hospital where he or she works.

2. first runner-up

• A cash prize of Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N750, 000.00)
• A Capacity Development Training,

3. Second runner-up  

• A Cash prize of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500, 000.00)
• Capacity Development Training

4. 7 other finalists

They will receive consolatory prizes of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000.00) each.
