Countdown to 14th AMLSN APHL, WAPCMLS Induction/Investiture and NEC Meeting

T he Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN) is pleased to announce her 14th Annual Public Health Lecture (APHL) Series, 2020, the National Induction/Investiture of West African Postgraduate College of Medical Laboratory Science (WAPCMLS) and National Executive Council (NEC) Meeting coming up this week from February 21 - February 23.

Professor Pat Utomi, a professor of political economy and a management expert who is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria and a former presidential candidate shall serve as Chairman of the Public Health Lecture. The investiture ceremony will be attended by Foundation Fellows from other West African Countries.

Venue: Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja-Lagos.

The goal of the lecture is to mentor young medical laboratory scientists into future entrepreneurs over a given period. While the convocation of the WAPCMLS is to build specialists that will bring to bear the highest level of medical laboratory services in Nigeria and beyond.

Registration to attend/participate at the Public Health Lecture is free for members and strictly done online at www.amlsn.org.ng

The registration for the APHL will use your MLS ID only, therefore, Members who are yet to complete their membership registration are therefore encouraged to do so before proceeding to register for APHL.

  1.  Go to www.amlsn.org.ng 
  2. Click on the option bar by the top right to display the options
  3. Click on membership to log in using your membership ID as your Username, your registered password, and then type in the cache alphabets displayed. 
  4. Click on the option bar on the top left on your membership page to display options. 
  5. Click on 'Events'
  6. Click on 'Register' to display the APHL page.
  7. Click on 'Learn more and Register'
  8. Click on Register and in less than 5secs depending on your network strength, you will get a display message that: "You have successfully registered".
